Briseis stood calmly in a wide area of long blades of carpet. A light breeze toyed with her lightly gray hued threads. Her harks were in an alert position, as her voids stuck on a mountain in the distance. Her mug was raised for a moment, letting the breeze catch her lashes. As her tiarra was lowered, the lady in white let a deep sigh escape her. She was confused, very confused. Ah how she longed to be by the side of her Lord, Zanzibar but oh the trouble she felt it would bring. He, a great king being with the only but three year old bruja. Oh how I wish I wasn't so young! She thought in regret. Yes, her age was deffinetly an issue at that moment.

Golden hued bulk three-beat across the lands. Brute had to find his mare after the meeting with the newcomer. Dun stud moved swiftly across his land, cranium high and regal, harks stood up, and his optics viewed each scene that came closer. When the femme came in view, the lord checked himself and slid to a stop. Voids watched her, to view her actions. For now, nothing seemed to stir her, but the air told him of her worries.
Pillars flashed into a lazy lope, carrying him closer and closer with each stride. Tassles and whipcords flew behind him in his wake. Whicker parted his lips, while the call radared out. Audits perked up more. Stag's flints dropped him to a trot and then on to a simple walk. Bulk stopped a few feet away from the mare. His look was not stern, nor sensitive, but straight. Brujo's voids eyed her lightly, then he spoke up.
I have come to the conclusion, that you are not fully ready for the life you would want to lead by my side. you are still just a filly, though a wise one just the same. I wish not to ruin your youth, for when seasoned, the timing would be better. Please do not take this harshly, for times does not matter much.

Femmora listened as the stag came up and as he spoke. His words stabbed into her heart like a thousand daggers over and over again yet on the outside she appeared just as she had before he had came. Troubled, yet calm.
If you wish it m'lord. She replied, her tones normally cool. He was right... She couldn't be by his side if in her heart she was still that of a filly. So that was it then, it was all pretend. The feelings he said he had were not true. Were her's just as false? Neigh, they were true to the core.

Even the words shocked himself, but he knew they were to be true. They stung at his heart, but the brute wished not to ruin her youthful years by rushing into things too soon. Brujo had no idea how to tell her this though. Dial tossed up and down lightly, tassels bouncing along. Voids watched her and the stag knew he had crushed. he would have tried to comfort her, but it would make matters worse.
M'lady, I wish to continue us, but I feel it is too soon for you. Why would you want to waste your precious years of youthfulness worrying about matters I must deal with. i wish not to burden you with things you might not be prepared for. Do you understand this?
He looked at her straight, looking more wise than feeling it. Harks flicked backward lightly, drooping his dial to lift up her muzzle. He gazed into her pools, trying to find any hope in them. When he thought he found none, brute backed up to give her her space. Hellion maneuvered a roll back and began to lope forth. Harks remained back lightly to listen for anything he missed.

As she was about the speak, the golden brujo had departed her company. A longing whicker slipped from her vocals. I want nothing more than to be by your side... She thought longingly. Come back. She whispered into the wind hoping it to carry her smooth sounds to the stag. Right fore flint grazed the carpet several times as she refrained from running after him, instead hoping he would come back to her.

The wind breeze blowing into his face prevented most sound, though the brute thought that he heard the mare nicker. Temptation filled his heart, but he could not turn around. Pillars lengthened their stride as he thundered on, nearing a gallop and then reaching top speed. The brute flew over the land, tearing through anything in his path. Stag flew to wards the end of the canyon. The drop was steep, he realized as he slid to a stop. Flints held in the air for a moment as he reared. Cranium shook violently before he turned to the side and loped on for the trail to the bottom of the canyon.
Bulk neared the trail and decided to take its path down. Daggers pounded it for a moment, checking the footing. Finding it mainly stable, the brute began to walk down, kicking stones down and creating a small cloud of dust. Hind pillars slid on a loose set of rocks, causing him to begin to lope down. Stag felt slightly unstable as he headed for the bottom faster than before. Jumping five feet from the ground, the bulk landed with a thud on all fours. Harsh whinny called out before he proceeded on to wards his private dwelling.

As her voids gazed on at the even more so departing stud, it began to be hard to breathe with the reality of the situation. He truely was gone in that moment.
Without notice she leaped on to her haunches in a full heighted rear. Her forepillars were thrashed about forcefully before a violent whicker was cast out as loud as her vocals would allow. In that moment, her bright optics changed into such cold glare.
All four pillars made contact with the ground again as another violent whicker was sent out among the trees. They whispered to one another, spreading the word about the change in her voids.
Never again. She said, her tones not at all soft like they usually appeared. They were taken over with a cold, snake-like tone. Ah the vixen was so changed...
